串聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)使(shi)用中的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)很(hen)重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題是(shi)循環壽命(ming)(ming)縮短,達不到設計壽命(ming)(ming)。在影(ying)響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)壽命(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)因(yin)素中,除了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)本身的(de)(de)(de)(de)物理(li)性能和(he)不正確的(de)(de)(de)(de)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)操作外,各個(ge)單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特(te)性不一(yi)致是(shi)重要原因(yin)。單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不一(yi)致會造成充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量不平衡(heng),會對那些過(guo)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)過(guo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)造成損害,進而影(ying)響整個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)。為了延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使(shi)用壽命(ming)(ming),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)狀態差異需要保持在較小范圍,因(yin)此(ci)我們在現有的(de)(de)(de)(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)健康管理(li)技術基礎上,開展了蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)均(jun)衡(heng)技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)研究。

實現對串聯蓄(xu)電池(chi)組(zu)的各單體電池(chi)進行均充(chong),目(mu)前主(zhu)要(yao)分(fen)為主(zhu)動均衡(heng)(heng)與(yu)被動均衡(heng)(heng)技術。但多數均衡(heng)(heng)功能的產(chan)品在(zai)(zai)原(yuan)理(li)設計上需要(yao)在(zai)(zai)蓄(xu)電池(chi)充(chong)放電過(guo)程完成,而對于備電電池(chi)而言(yan),無(wu)論從(cong)設計上還(huan)是實際使(shi)用方面,其99%的時間(jian)處于浮(fu)充(chong)狀態,充(chong)放電作(zuo)業的頻率非常低。

如果(guo)按照充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)過程的均衡原理(li)設計(ji)備電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的均衡電(dian)(dian)路,均衡相應產品就會被大量閑置造成(cheng)浪費,而備電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的均衡效果(guo)也沒有保(bao)障(zhang)。如果(guo)為了保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)線的良好的均衡狀(zhuang)態,頻繁(fan)進行(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)會對蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)造成(cheng)傷害,同時(shi)造成(cheng)運(yun)維成(cheng)本增高。因此,從設計(ji)原理(li)上,均衡作業過程應在(zai)浮(fu)充(chong)狀(zhuang)態下進行(xing)(xing)。

盡管(guan)蓄電池浮(fu)(fu)充狀態恒(heng)壓充電過程對蓄電池有(you)一(yi)定的均衡(heng)作用(yong),但(dan)考(kao)慮到避(bi)免(mian)電解液失水等原(yuan)因(yin),浮(fu)(fu)充電壓設置不(bu)會過高,所以均衡(heng)能力十分有(you)限。

蓄電池在線監測技術方案

我公司研究均衡技術時,綜合考慮用戶運維成本、電池使用習慣,已有電池監測設備等,通過對鈺鑫蓄電池智能參數傳感器產品進(jin)行技(ji)術改造,結合蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)參數傳(chuan)感(gan)器采(cai)集到(dao)的蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)數據和傳(chuan)感(gan)器控制(zhi)邏輯,采(cai)用(yong)被動(dong)均(jun)衡的辦法,實現蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓均(jun)衡,既能(neng)夠在蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)浮(fu)充(chong)(chong)狀態(tai)下完成電(dian)(dian)壓均(jun)衡過程(cheng),又不(bu)會破壞蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)整組浮(fu)充(chong)(chong)環境。

用(yong)戶使(shi)用(yong)的原有(you)系統增加均衡功能,只需要對現有(you)蓄電(dian)(dian)池在線監測系統的單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)池傳感(gan)器(qi)進行更換,即更換具備均衡功能的蓄電(dian)(dian)池智能參(can)數傳感(gan)器(qi)即可實現電(dian)(dian)壓均衡,當組內電(dian)(dian)池最大壓差超(chao)過50mV時,可啟(qi)動均衡邏輯。
