蓄電池監測模塊主要是為(wei)閥控式密封鉛酸蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)、鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、凝膠或固定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行(xing)在線(xian)監測開發研制的(de)。是基于蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)單體且以(yi)小直(zhi)流放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)方法,測量蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內阻(zu)的(de)模塊,同(tong)時精密測量蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和溫度的(de)一款產(chan)品。蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)監測模塊帶有(you)通訊(xun)接口,可以(yi)通過專用(yong)通訊(xun)總線(xian)和專有(you)規約進行(xing)通訊(xun)。對蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)實現“狀態維修”有(you)著(zhu)百利(li)而無一害的(de)優勢。
(1)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)監測模(mo)塊電(dian)(dian)源線分正(zheng)負兩端;紅色(se)(se)連(lian)接(jie)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)正(zheng)極,黑色(se)(se)連(lian)接(jie)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)負極(如果(guo)反(fan)接(jie)則會損壞蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)監測模(mo)塊)。
(2)通過電(dian)(dian)源線(xian)上的墊(dian)片固定到電(dian)(dian)池的極柱上。
(3)6芯(xin)端子(zi)連(lian)接(jie)參數傳感器模塊。
蓄電池監測模(mo)塊(kuai)連接
(1)一塊電池配裝(zhuang)一個參(can)數傳感器模(mo)塊。
(2)測量電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)池接(jie)線柱溫度、電(dian)(dian)池內阻值。
(3)通(tong)過USB模塊和后(hou)臺監控軟件通(tong)訊。
(4)通過RJ11接(jie)口,使(shi)用(yong)通訊線可實現多個參數傳感器模塊(kuai)的(de)級聯。
(5)根據電池(chi)的電壓規格配裝(zhuang)相(xiang)應的模塊(kuai);6V/12V電池(chi)配裝(zhuang)12V模塊(kuai),2V電池(chi)配裝(zhuang)2V模塊(kuai)。
