目(mu)前(qian)常(chang)見的(de)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池是采(cai)用整組(zu)進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian),蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池組(zu)中(zhong)單體蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池的(de)差異是無法徹(che)底消(xiao)除,因此(ci)出(chu)現(xian)個(ge)別蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池過充(chong)現(xian)象(xiang)是普遍存在的(de)。這就導致(zhi)排氣閥(fa)的(de)頻繁開啟,引起蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池失水(shui)。

蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內(nei)(nei)阻(zu)監(jian)測(ce)模塊采用實(shi)時監(jian)測(ce)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內(nei)(nei)阻(zu)的(de)變化,減少蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)短路現(xian)(xian)象。對正極板腐蝕現(xian)(xian)象進行有(you)效觀(guan)察,避免充電(dian)(dian)困(kun)難的(de)現(xian)(xian)象出現(xian)(xian)。
蓄(xu)電池故障——起火短路
蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)工(gong)作溫度(du)每上升10℃,電(dian)(dian)(dian)極表面的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流密度(du)就增加一倍(bei),同時增加反應產生的熱量,提高蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)反應溫度(du),形(xing)成一個惡性循環。浮(fu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)長(chang)期使用的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,也是影響(xiang)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)壽(shou)命重要(yao)的因(yin)素。目(mu)前蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)式無法避免個別蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的熱失(shi)控。
