串聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)使(shi)用中的(de)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)很重(zhong)要的(de)問題(ti)是循環壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)縮短,達(da)不(bu)(bu)到設計壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)。在(zai)影(ying)響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)的(de)因素中,除了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)本身的(de)物理(li)性能和(he)不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)確的(de)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)操作外(wai),各個(ge)單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特性不(bu)(bu)一(yi)(yi)致是重(zhong)要原因。單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)不(bu)(bu)一(yi)(yi)致會造成充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量不(bu)(bu)平衡,會對那些過(guo)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)過(guo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)造成損害,進而影(ying)響(xiang)整個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)。為(wei)了延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)使(shi)用壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)狀態差異需(xu)要保持在(zai)較小(xiao)范圍,因此(ci)我們在(zai)現有的(de)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)健康管理(li)技術(shu)基礎(chu)上(shang),開展了蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)均衡技術(shu)的(de)研究。
實(shi)(shi)現對串聯蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組的各(ge)單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行均(jun)充,目前主要分(fen)為主動均(jun)衡與被(bei)動均(jun)衡技術。但多(duo)數均(jun)衡功能(neng)的產品(pin)在原理設計(ji)上需要在蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)過程完成,而對于(yu)備電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)而言,無論(lun)從設計(ji)上還是實(shi)(shi)際使(shi)用方面(mian),其99%的時間處于(yu)浮充狀態,充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)作業的頻(pin)率非常低。
如(ru)果(guo)按照充放電(dian)過程(cheng)的均衡(heng)(heng)原理(li)設(she)計(ji)備電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)的均衡(heng)(heng)電(dian)路,均衡(heng)(heng)相應產品就會被大(da)量閑置造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)浪(lang)費(fei),而備電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)的均衡(heng)(heng)效果(guo)也沒有保(bao)障。如(ru)果(guo)為了(le)保(bao)持在(zai)線(xian)的良好的均衡(heng)(heng)狀(zhuang)態,頻繁進行(xing)電(dian)池(chi)充放電(dian)會對蓄電(dian)池(chi)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)傷害(hai),同時造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)運維(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)本增高。因此,從設(she)計(ji)原理(li)上,均衡(heng)(heng)作業(ye)過程(cheng)應在(zai)浮充狀(zhuang)態下(xia)進行(xing)。
盡管蓄電(dian)池(chi)浮充(chong)狀態(tai)恒壓充(chong)電(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)對蓄電(dian)池(chi)有(you)一(yi)定的均(jun)衡作用,但(dan)考慮到(dao)避免電(dian)解液失水等原(yuan)因,浮充(chong)電(dian)壓設置不(bu)會過(guo)高,所以均(jun)衡能力十分有(you)限。
我公司研究均衡技術時,綜合考慮用戶運維成本、電池使用習慣,已有電池監測設備等,通過對鈺鑫蓄電池智能參數傳感器產品進行技術改造,結合(he)蓄電(dian)池參數傳(chuan)感(gan)器采(cai)集到的蓄電(dian)池數據和傳(chuan)感(gan)器控制邏輯,采(cai)用被動(dong)均衡(heng)的辦法(fa),實現蓄電(dian)池電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)均衡(heng),既能夠在蓄電(dian)池浮充狀態下完成(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)均衡(heng)過程,又不會破壞蓄電(dian)池整組浮充環境(jing)。
用戶使用的(de)原有系統增加(jia)均衡(heng)功能(neng),只需要對現有蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)在線監測(ce)系統的(de)單(dan)體電(dian)池(chi)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)進行更換(huan)(huan),即更換(huan)(huan)具(ju)備均衡(heng)功能(neng)的(de)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)智能(neng)參數(shu)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)即可(ke)實現電(dian)壓均衡(heng),當組內(nei)電(dian)池(chi)最大壓差超過50mV時,可(ke)啟動均衡(heng)邏輯。
